General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the betin platform and all its services. Accessing the betin website, opening an account or using any service means you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the platform.

These Terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh. Where any term conflicts with local law or regulations, the provisions of local law will apply.

betin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Users are advised to visit this page regularly.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on betin, the applicant must be at least 21 years old. No person under the age of 21 will be permitted to open an account. betin may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 Identity Verification

Providing accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration is mandatory. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed to keep an account active and to access withdrawal facilities. This process may require submission of a government-issued ID, national identity card or similar document.

2.3 One Account Rule

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and accumulated bonuses may be cancelled. Further action may be taken for breaching this rule.

2.4 Registration Restrictions

A person may not register if online gaming is prohibited in their region, if they have previously been banned by betin, or if they intend to operate an account on behalf of someone else.

Account Management and Security

3.1 Confidentiality of Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You should not allow anyone else to access your account. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the betin support team immediately upon becoming aware of it.

3.2 Account Restrictions

The account is entirely personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting or permitting anyone else to operate the account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or payment method), update them promptly. betin will not be responsible for any transaction delays caused by outdated information.

Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

The currently approved deposit methods on betin are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Transactions must be made from your own account — deposits through third parties are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or rejected if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Conditions

If a suspicious transaction is detected, betin may request additional verification. betin reserves the right to cancel a transaction if the requested documents are not provided within the specified time. Transactions will be put on hold if money laundering or fraud is suspected.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the betin platform are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other foreign currency are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

betin offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200; the wagering requirement in this case is ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

betin runs the following regular promotional offers:

• Weekly betin Reload: 30% bonus on any deposit once per week, up to ৳8,000. Wagering requirement 15 times. Minimum deposit ৳100.
• betin Slot Festival: 50% bonus once per day on deposits for slot games, up to ৳5,000. Wagering requirement 20 times. Minimum deposit ৳100.
• King of the Cricket Ground: 40% bonus on any deposit for cricket betting once per week, up to ৳6,000. Wagering requirement 18 times. Minimum deposit ৳100.
• betin Birthday Gift: Once a year, verified members receive a reward of up to ৳1,500 in their birthday month. Wagering requirement 10 times.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses may only be used for betting — they are not treated as cash. Winnings from any bonus may only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement for that bonus has been met. betin reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it determines that a user is abusing the bonus terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted only after it has been confirmed by the system. If a bet is accepted with incorrect odds or an incorrect amount due to a technical error, betin reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Where an event is cancelled, suspended or does not take place, betin will decide in accordance with its own policy — the stake is usually refunded.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

betin may set a maximum bet limit for specific markets or events at any time, and reserves the right to change these limits. Separate limits may apply to single bets, multi bets or system bets.

6.4 Finality of Game Results

Results for live casino and slot games are determined by the relevant game provider's server and are considered final. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, betin will settle the result of that round under the applicable rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betin platform:

• Opening or operating an account using fraudulent information.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Bonus abuse — manipulating the bonus system through multiple accounts or strategic betting.
• Depositing into an account using third-party funds.
• Match fixing or participation in any fraudulent betting scheme.
• Attempting to hack another user's account or carrying out a cyber attack.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the account will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by betin

betin may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, suspicious financial activity, failure to submit documents, or an order from a court or government authority.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

Any member may close their account voluntarily by contacting support. Before the account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance, provided it meets the minimum withdrawal limit.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked as inactive if there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Logging into the account will remove the inactive status.

Responsible Gaming

betin believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. In line with our Responsible Gaming Policy, every member should enjoy games within their limits.

Members can use the following tools for their own protection:

• Deposit limits — restricting deposits to a set amount per day, per week or per month.
• Temporary break — voluntarily suspending the account for a set period.
• Self-exclusion — blocking access to the account for an extended period.

Limitation of Liability

betin is not liable for the following:

• A session ending mid-way due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• Account details being compromised due to the user's own negligence.

• Legal complications arising from accessing the platform in the user's region.
• Service disruption caused by natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
